Film: The Shit One Carries

Our digital stories collaborator Shuchi Kothari is making her film directing debut at the New Zealand International Film Festival. (4th August 1 pm, Academy Cinema…but the screening is sold out!) Her short film The Shit One Carries will resonate with anyone who has cared for an older family member at the end of life. Shuchi, a scriptwriter, is an associate professor in media at the University of Auckland and with her colleagues Sarina Pearson and Peter Simpson has worked with us on five digital storytelling projects.
